Why this education?
The Cyber Information Security Leader (CISL) is an education that trains cybersecurity leaders and specialists to lead organizations safely through the challenges of digitalization. Despite the high priority of cybersecurity within top management, professionals still experience barriers when it comes to cybersecurity management.
The education accommodates this need with a focus on strengthening participants’ ability to navigate executive-level managing politics, culture, and the corporate reporting game – in short, stakeholder management.

The program
The program is tailored for current and aspiring cybersecurity leaders, enabling them to navigate the corporate landscape. With an emphasis on personal leadership and the importance of people management in a competitive market for talent, participants will be equally prepared to build and nurture diverse teams coming from odd corners of the IT universe and neighbouring areas.
This is not a course that focuses on the technical aspects of cybersecurity – but this is also where I feel comfortable with my knowledge. This is a hands-on approach to leadership presented by industry-experienced instructors, who know what they are talking about – and that has been very inspiring

Per Erik Sørensen
Per Erik has extensive experience from senior positions in leading globally operating corporations. Today, he dedicates most of his time to board roles in the Nordic countries – both as chairman, committee, and regular member. Most recently Per Erik is executive board member and equity partner in the leading risk management organisation, Willis Towers Watson Nordic.
Camilla Treschow Schrøder
Camilla is a founder of Treschow&Son, a talent supply company specialized in cybersecurity. Camilla has been working with recruitment since 2000 and career advisor on the executive level since 2012. She is certified in several personality tests and public speaker on the role of cyber leaders today and the market gap for talents.
Klaus Kongsted
Klaus Kongsted is co-founder of Dubex, a cyber security consultant company. He thus has almost 25 years of experience with practical and risk-based security and regularly gives presentations on this and the GDPR consequences for Danish companies and organizations. He is an active member of a number of boards and committees for information security.
